Refund Policy

At EDUZONE, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and academic support to every student. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. We encourage all students and parents to read this policy carefully before completing enrolment.

1. Registration Fee

The registration/admission fee paid at the time of enrolment is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application, reserving a seat in the batch, and issuing study materials.

2. Tuition Fee Refund Schedule

Refunds on tuition fees (excluding registration fee) are processed based on the date of written cancellation request received by the Institute administration:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Withdrawal after 30 days from the commencement of the batch
• Expulsion or termination of enrolment due to disciplinary action or misconduct
• Withdrawal due to relocation, health reasons, or change of mind after 30 days
• Study materials (books, notes, question banks) that have been issued and received
• Mock test series fees once access has been granted
• Special workshop or crash course fees once the session has begun

4. Special Circumstances

EDUZONE may consider refund requests beyond the above schedule under the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of management:

• Serious medical illness of the student (supported by medical documentation)
• Death in the immediate family of the student
• Relocation of family outside Delhi NCR (supported by relevant documentation)
• Any other circumstance deemed exceptional by the Institute management

Such requests must be submitted in writing to the administration within 7 days of the event. EDUZONE's decision in these matters shall be final and binding.

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

• Submit a written refund request to the Institute office or via WhatsApp/email.
• Provide your full name, enrolment ID, course name, and reason for withdrawal.
• Return all study materials, ID cards, and any Institute property issued to you.
• The administration will verify your request and communicate the approved refund amount within 5 working days.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of enrolment (cash/bank transfer/UPI).
• Any transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the applicant.

6. Batch Transfer Policy

Students may request a transfer to a different batch (same course) once per academic session, subject to seat availability. Batch transfers are not treated as withdrawals and do not attract any refund or penalty.

Course transfers (e.g., switching from JEE to NEET) may be accommodated within the first 15 days of batch commencement, subject to availability and payment of any applicable fee difference.
