Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by EDUZONE ("Institute," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2nd Floor, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi. By submitting an enrolment application, paying fees, or attending any class or session at EDUZONE, you (the student and/or parent/guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Enrolment in any course at EDUZONE constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued enrolment or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Enrolment & Admission

• Admission is subject to availability of seats in the selected batch and course.
• EDUZONE reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon payment of the required registration fee and submission of complete documents.
• Students must provide accurate personal and academic information at the time of enrolment. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of admission.
• Batch timings and faculty assignments are subject to change at the Institute's discretion.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees are payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrolment.
• Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payment may attract a penalty or result in temporary suspension from classes.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable to another student or course, except at the sole discretion of the Institute's management.
• Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
• EDUZONE reserves the right to revise fee structures for new batches with prior notice.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Attendance

• A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for internal tests, examinations, and certificates.
• Students with attendance below the required threshold may not receive study materials, mock test results, or rank predictions.
• Attendance records will be maintained and shared with parents/guardians on a regular basis.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect within the Institute premises.
• Use of mobile phones during lectures is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the faculty.
• Any form of ragging, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Damage to Institute property will be recovered from the responsible student.

5. Academic Policies

• Study materials, notes, and question banks provided by EDUZONE are for personal academic use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
• Test schedules, syllabi, and batch compositions may be modified as deemed appropriate by the academic team.
• EDUZONE does not guarantee specific ranks, scores, or selection in any competitive examination.
• Students are responsible for their own preparation, practice, and exam performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

EDUZONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of study time due to holidays, faculty changes, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders, etc.).

The Institute shall not be responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage occurring on or around Institute premises due to the negligence of third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, notes, question banks, and resources provided by EDUZONE are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute. Reproduction, distribution, uploading online, or commercial use of any such material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Termination of Enrolment

EDUZONE reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment under the following circumstances:

• Persistent non-payment of fees despite reminders
• Serious misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behaviour
• Misrepresentation of personal or academic information
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions

In the event of termination for disciplinary reasons, fees already paid will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
